What is a Third-Party Special Event?

An important source of funding for the Hospital are events organized by patients and their families, as well as associations, businesses and schools.  

If you have an idea or plan to organize an event that will benefit St. Mary’s, please follow the Third-Party Special Events Guidelines and complete the Registration Form on page 3.

How can the Foundation help?

The Foundation, where applicable, will issue tax receipts to your donors. We will list the information about your event on our website and in internal Hospital publications and provide a letter of support to validate the authenticity of your event. Please note that the Foundation name and logo are registered trademarks and thus require written permission prior to using them.

Please complete and return the Third-Party Special Events Guidelines & Regisration Form to fondation.stmary@ssss.gouv.qc.ca or by fax 514.734.2655 at least 30 days prior to the event date.  

The Foundation would like to thank all those involved in making these initiatives successful and thus helping the Hospital provide compassionate bedside care 24/7.  Listed below are some of the Third-Party Special Events that take place throughout the year.
